Summer Camp Financial Assistance

We understand that not all families have the means to cover camp tuition, and that’s why we provide financial assistance options. Why Carlisle Family YMCA?

Before we dive into the financial assistance details, let’s briefly highlight why Carlisle Family YMCA is the ideal choice for your child’s summer camp adventure. Financial Assistance at Carlisle Family YMCA:

1. No CCIS Funding: It’s important to note that the Carlisle Family YMCA does not accept CCIS (Child Care Information Services) funding for our summer camp programs. However, we are committed to making our camp accessible to as many families as possible through our own financial assistance program.
2. Reach Out to Brittany Rose: To explore the financial assistance options available, you’ll need to schedule an appointment with our Camp Director, Brittany Rose. You can contact her via email at brose@carlislefamilyymca.org to set up your appointment. In the subject line, be sure to include the name of the camp for which you are seeking assistance.
3. Required Documentation: During your appointment, please remember to bring your income documentation. This information is crucial for our team to assess your eligibility for financial assistance. Additionally, you will need to provide payment information to cover a $30 registration fee at the time of registration.
4. YMCA Membership Status: Appointments for financial assistance are allocated based on your YMCA Membership status at the time of scheduling. Members will have the opportunity to secure appointments first, with priority given before March 15th. Non-members can start booking appointments after March 15th.
5. Address Outstanding Balances: Please keep in mind that any YMCA memberships with outstanding balances will not receive an appointment for financial assistance until the balance is settled.
