C.I.T Program

The C.I.T. program focuses on leadership, communication, counseling and activity skills necessary to become a counselor. If selected, CITs are required to do one week at each of our Camp locations: YADC, New Frontiers, and Camp Thompson Day and Resident Camp, ( see weeks below) depending on your performance you may do additional weeks. This is an unpaid, volunteer program. There is no fee for participation. Applications must be submitted by May 18, 2025 and interviews will be conducted.

• 2025 for New Frontiers & YADC weeks : June 9- June 27 | July 7-Aug 1 | Aug 5 – Aug 15th
  • Ready, Set, Camp is also available to help at those above dates
• Camp Thompson Day Camp : June 30- July 2nd * no camp July 3 and 4th
• Camp Thompson Resident weeks : July 6 – 11 | July 13 – 18 | July 20 – 25 | July 27 – August 1
